Yarn Cloud is a technology enabler, not a licensed broker: our database and APIs are built to comply with the Ejar platform specification, so your team can create, register, amend, and renew residential lease contracts through Ejar directly from Yarn, using your company’s own FAL license and Ejar API credentials to authenticate and sign each contract. Your company stays the licensed party of record; Yarn provides the software rails that connect to Ejar on your behalf.
